The candidate should have interest on equatorial Plasma bubbles or mid-latitude nighttime MSTIDs. Experimental studies or modeling work on the onset and evolution of these two types of plasma structures can be included. In addition, the candidate can have an interest in the origin and mapping characteristics of TIDs at low and mid-latitudes.
