Effects of solar wind structures on energy deposition in the coupled magnetosphere -ionosphere-thermosphere system. Particular interest in effects of interacting solar wind structures (CME-shock, CME -CME, CME-High Speed Stream) on thermospheric and ionospheric perturbations.
