Research interests
A synergistic effort using kinetic plasma theory, kinetic numerical simulations, spacecraft observations, and laboratory experiments to identify and characterize the kinetic plasma processes that govern the evolution of the heliosphere. My present research focus is on understanding the dynamics and evolution of kinetic turbulence in heliospheric plasmas, including determining the physical mechanisms responsible for removing energy from the turbulent fluctuations, thereby energizing particles and heating the plasma.
