Statements of Recommendation
- Each applicant must provide the link to the Statement of Recommendation Form to their two chosen Referees. It is the applicant's responsibility to follow up with their chosen Referees to ensure that the Statements of Recommendation are submitted by the application deadline date.
- Those submitting the Statements of Recommendations must complete all designated fields in the form.
- Statements are kept confidential and will be used by the steering committee to help determine both strengths and weaknesses of the applicant. Specific comments regarding an applicant's ability to work independently, pursue new topics, and interact with others are very useful.
